The Urban Oak Apartment

A typical 3BHK problem: the kitchen run hits a pipe, the master wardrobe hits an AC box, and the TV wall is already tiled. We started with photos and a measure, not a generic module grid.

Kitchen layout put hob, sink and fridge where cooking actually happens. Boxes and doors were made together so the edge matched. The homeowner kept the stone counter; we left the carcass ready.

Sliding or hinged wardrobes (as drawn) shared the same finish as the TV unit so the hall and bedrooms did not look like three shops.

Install was sequenced around the apartment’s lift and the flooring calendar. Doors went on after the boxes were scribed.
